We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for the products within the strategic business units Installation and Fire Protection, an area where Hilti delivers differentiated, innovative and technically safe products and services.
We imagine you hold a master’s degree within economics, marketing, or engineering and have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience. You thrive in a dynamic environment and appreciate professional and personal development.

What does the role involve?
You will be part of a team of five Product Managers, each responsible for their respective business units. You will be responsible for driving the business of the two business units of Installation and Fire Protection, ensuring that Hilti has the highest possible market share in Denmark. In active cooperation with Denmark's most competent sales force, you will ensure that our employees and customers have a clear understanding of the added value Hilti’s products and services offer. You will proactively contribute to the sales force's efforts to develop customer relations and thereby create enthusiastic customers. It is thus important that you understand the importance of working with a direct sales force and the opportunities it offers in relation to sales and customer relations.
As a Product Manager at Hilti, it is your job to continuously introduce new and innovative products on the market and manage the life cycle of your product areas. This position demands analyzing the market and competitor landscapes and working closely with colleagues in our Northern European Regional Office in Manchester in order to understand how best to develop the business.
The main tasks of the role are:
- Product launches
- Product Life Cycle management
- Product Portfolio Management
- Sales training
- Optimization of value proposition, pricing and other adaptations to the Danish market
- Other market-related initiatives
Good project management skills are an advantage in this role, as there are often numerous projects running in parallel. Moreover, knowledge of technical products and construction is an advantage, although not a prerequisite. Finally, high learning agility is essential to navigate in a dynamic environment with responsibility of a vast number of product lines.

- You have a degree in marketing,economics, or engineering with commercial experience
- You have some years of experience, preferably from a position with similar tasks
- You are interested in technical products and innovations for the construction industry.
- You are analytical, proactive, and result-oriented.
- You are able to work at a strategic as well as an operational level.
- You manage simultaneous tasks and enjoy a dynamic work environment
- You communicate fluently in English both verbally and written – it is a clear advantage if you speak Danish, but not a requirement
