What's the role?
Working in the finance team you will be responsible for the optimization of certain procurement areas and general procurement in Hilti Denmark. Your key objectives will be to ensure we have effective supply unities and processes in place to meet the needs of our growing business whilst ensuring employee satisfaction and positive contribution to sustainable value creation. You will directly manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and provide operational support for key meetings and events in the business. You will stay close to the market and introduce innovation to further develop our Lean approach within Hilti.

What does the role involve?
As a Procurement Specialist, you will be implementing procurement strategies for different categories ie. travel, car policy, telecom, leasing contracts. You will be taking part in supply related projects from analytics to tendering, contract negotiations and implementation. Your target will be related to optimizing and cost controlling of suppliers in coordination with the needs of our business. The role will require you to manage daily operations with suppliers including ordering, tracking of order fulfilment, invoice approvals, complaint management and supplier performance management. It will also include daily car pool management and administration along with other administrative tasks related to procurement.
Your responsibilities will also include operational consulting, training and support for internal customers.

What you need is:
- Master degree related to business or finance is preffered
- Proven experience in purchasing/procurement preferred
- Ability to collaborate with supply managers, internal stakeholders and suppliers, as well as network with internal/external organizations.
- Ready to do operational purchasing work in addition to the ability to see bigger picture and define procurement strategy
- Good negotiation and communication skills, as well as implementing and analytical skills
- A proactive and organized way of working
- Excellent teamwork skills and eager to learn and develop
- Fluent English and Danish
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- SAP experience preferred
- Positive and energetic attitude
